Reporting Positive COVID Cases

Due to the overwhelming number of phone calls and emails for COVID case reporting, we want to ensure a streamlined process of information and data collection. This will also be a way for us to respond much more efficiently and effectively to our students and families.

Submitting Negative COVID Tests

MBUSD Over the Counter At-Home Antigen Self-Test Attestation Form: For any student that is quarantined and takes an at-home antigen test upon return, please submit the results of your negative test HERE.
 

Submitting Vaccination Status

If you haven't already, please submit your student's vaccination status here.

 

On Site COVID Testing

To streamline the influx of people coming for COVID testing, they will now be required to sign up for an appointment.

COVID testing is available every Monday and Wednesday, on campus, for students and staff. 

 

Step 1: YOU MUST have registered at least once in the system before you can test. You may register for testing HERE

  • If you are not receiving your test results within 48 hours, you may need to re-register so the system updates. Use the link above to update your information.

Step 2: YOU MUST make an appointment HERE

 
If a student or staff member is symptomatic or has been exposed to someone with a positive diagnosis, they should seek testing from an off-site provider. One option to do this is through Beach Cities Health District, where students or staff members can make an appointment using this BCHD COVID-19 Testing Registration Link. (In order to register, students will need their Aeries identification number as well as the email of the parent listed as the student’s first parent contact in Aeries, and staff members will need the last 6 digits of their Employee ID number and their District email address ending with mbusd.org.)
